Important Note:
Refund Eligibility: If you request a refund within our 30-day no-questions-asked refund period and more than one month of a prescription has already been delivered, you must return the unused portion of the prescription medication to be eligible for a refund.

Automatic Cancellation of Subscription: Refunds for prescriptions will automatically cancel your membership and subscription associated with the prescription in question. This ensures no further billing or shipments for that specific membership.
Proactive Communication: To avoid unnecessary shipments and charges, please notify us of any concerns or your intent to cancel a membership or subscription in writing before the shipment of additional months of medication. Failure to provide timely notification may result in additional charges or shipments, for which refunds may not be granted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their account and subscription, including timely communication regarding cancellations, changes, or service concerns. Refunds cannot be provided for additional shipments sent due to a lack of cancellation notice or failure to notify us of changes in a timely manner.
